California White Sage - Smudge Bundle

White Sage smudge sticks are sustainably harvested from the rugged mountains of the Southwest, where they are burned ceremonially in purification rituals. With its incredibly strong, aromatic resins, White Sage is the most highly prized Western Sage. Leaves are beautifully tied with organic hemp string.

How to use: These bundles come with lots of blessings. But before burning, we also encourage a moment of honoring the plant and saying thanks for its healing properties. This is the perfect time to ask the universal powers for protection and guidance. Light the sage, gently blow or fan out the flame, allowing the smoldering embers to release the purifying smoke.

• For a daily use in clearing spaces: we recommend unravelling the string from the bottom and pulling a small sage wand out at a time from the larger bundle. You only need to burn a leaf or two in a sitting. This will help make your sage last longer and therefore conserve this natural and sacred resource.

• For larger clearing and cleansing rituals: Cleansing a new home or prepping a large ceremonial site? Burn entirely from the top of the bundle.
